What experience do I need to own an IV spa franchise with prosperIV?
The prosperIV franchise owner shares our philosophy and is passionate about providing safe, effective IV infusion therapy care to clients in their community. Licensed and experienced MDs, NPs, and RNs are great fits for our franchise model, but we also welcome entrepreneurs with no prior clinical background and who can partner with a clinician to provide services in their prosperIV franchise location.
What is provided as part of the prosperIV franchise program?
prosperIV franchise owners and their managers will spend approximately five days at our headquarters location in New York or another designated location for comprehensive training on the prosperIV franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our prosperIV team will travel to your location for two days, to make sure you are calm, confident, and excited when you open your doors. Owners will have access to the prosperIV Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. We are always just a call or click away.
How much will the prosperIV franchise program cost me?
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $181,000 – $353,250. This includes a $55,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We collect a royalty fee equal to 7.5% of gross revenues. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. Are there any advertising fees?
prosperIV franchise owners will be required to spend a minimum of 6% on local marketing each month, and a minimum of $15,000 on their Grand Opening. You will also contribute up to a maximum of 2% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the prosperIV brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your prosperIV franchise agreement is 10 years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
